Christine is an ITT certified Pilates Instructor who enjoys helping her clients connect with their body while making it fun and stimulating. She is also a certified trainer of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, the GYROTONER™ and a certified orthopedic massage therapist in the Hendrickson Method.

Christine encourages her clients to build a solid foundation in Pilates and GYROTONIC® and to have a better understanding of how to connect from within the body, resulting in a more efficient and healthier way of moving. In her free time, she enjoys surfing and training her dogs in agility where she can combine her passion for movement and teaching.
